NOT ACCEPT THEM. Steroids-4u RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS
IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT
FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY
REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.
1. Steroids-4u
assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with
the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.

Steroids-4u takes no responsibility for
confirming the importation requirements and
regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's
country of origin. All products are shipped :
For discretion purposes we do not ship with
any tracking, so there is no signature required
upon recipt of the package.
3. In the event an order is detained and
confiscated by foreign customs. It will be
refunded at 100% (shipping included)
But only upon return of an official document justifying custom's
confiscation.
4. Steroids-4u
takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage
caused by the Postal Service.
5. If incorrect
shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be miss
delivered and/or returned to sender. Steroids-4u takes no responsibility for
order losses caused by this miss delivery or for losses occurring because
shipments are un returnable due to discreet shipping.
6. Prices are
subjected to change according to International currency rates and changes in
cost prices without further notice.
7. Availability
of products is subjected to change without further notice.
8. Steroids-4u
takes no responsibility for dispatched delays caused by delivery problems of
manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does
Steroids-4u take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the
Postal Service.
9. In the event
wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of
charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable
condition.
10. In the
event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by Steroids-4u, products
will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper
packaging is given.
11. Returns are
accepted only if products are proven to be unusable.
12. Order
cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.
13. In order to
customer's discretion our shippments are done via regular postal services, thus
there are no tracking nor signature at reception needed.
14. We
will try to deliver your goods within 10 business days but delay in delivery is
sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery
are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages,
charges, by the Postal Service and/or expenses caused by any delay in delivering
of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence.
